Malleries is King Pin of Fake Goods

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is my second time patronizing this site and in both cases the products were fakes. The most recent was a Prada purse and wallet that I purchased from Sandgren's Fashion Depot. Red flag this company is based in Japan the seller failed to mention. When I got the products it was obvious they were fake the hardware and stitching that Prada is known for was wrong!!! I was told I would get my refund but not once did Sandgren's Fashion Depot take accountability for the knockoff. I still have not gotten my refund even after shipping their fake Prada back. Mallereies is unresponsive. To add insult injury Sandgren's is a recommended seller on their site. I am so disappointed.

Absolutely Faultless

I purchased a vintage LV clutch. Seller shipped from Tokyo. Arrived in Melbourne Tuesday. Perfectly packaged in better condition than I expected given the very critical description.

Should've done my research on the seller before buying! Check out all the negative feedback on this seller & MALLERIES still lets them sell on their site....2HAUTE2HANDLE used to sell on ebay!

Original review Sep 07, 2013
I bought what I thought was an authentic Chanel purse & I received a knock off. I was insulted that the *** shop owner from 2HAUTE2HANDLE thought they could slip in a fake purse & I wouldn't know the difference. Malleries has a 100% authenticity guarantee & they apparently screen shop owners before they are allowed to sell on MALLERIES, however I imagine that once the site manager gets comfortable with the shop owner and a few good transactions from them they slide through the system & get away with selling counterfeit items! I had to contact MALLERIES over 5 TIMES until I had Lauren, the operations manager, finally contact me. She took my complaint very lightly and asked for an authentication from a reputable authenticator. I do not trust online authenticators bc they cannot see or touch the bag physically so I took it to a consignment shop to have them authenticate that my purse was in fact not authentic & I had them write me a formal letter. I filed a dispute with paypal & it seemed like it was taking forever so at the same time I had my credit card co file a chargeback and I got a provisional credit (still waiting for shop owner to try to dispute that, she typically responded within hours on my paypal dispute, however my credit card company has precedence over paypal....it's been 3 days & she has 10 days to respond). I would be very careful if you are going to buy on this site! The manager didn't do jack for me...the shop owner's shop went from being a recommended seller on the 1st page of "Recommended sellers" to like the 7th...that's all they did, just knock her a few pages! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES BELOW....THE TERRIBLE PAINT JOB & STITCHING!!!!!!! THERE WAS BLACK DYE ALL OVER THE PURSE FABRIC!

It’s the worst mall on the internet for luxury items! Buyer beware and the owner is an absolute nutcase. She needs her head examined!

Guest

Well I'm happy that theyre are still good people out there that take the time to warn the rest of us about sites like this They have no problem going out of their way to rob and scam people out of their hard earned money.

Do you're home work ladies. Stick to the top reputable sites..

BEWARE!!! Malleries is a FRAUD!!!

Lost $1000 on what they claimed was a AUTHENTIC CHANEL. It could not have been more fake. It came from Taiwan!!! They are not truthful and have a huge scam going on !

I wrote them and they have nothing to say . They passed along an "authenticity " expert I could use for my purse that they use . If i pay them more money they can authentisize this fake purse for me. The leather was CARDBOARD it was a joke!

Do NOT BUY FROM TBQ OR MALLERIES. I'm still shocked at how a company like this can get away with this

Guest

will not do business with mallaries again... Had my daughter order earrings for her mother...

First and last purchase!

Malleries - First and last purchase!
Malleries - First and last purchase! - Image 2
I purchased a LV Cabas Mezzo ($399) Guaranteed Authentic, received the bag (unknowingly bought from Japan), at first glance seemed nice, felt fairly good, until I started to exam the details. The "brass" hardware was pitted and was not the typical patina that you see with real brass. I contacted a girlfriend who has the same bag. I sent her photos, and she sent me hers....Notice the details of the handle hardware.I am no expert,,,but this was pretty obvious. The worst part, Malleries has done nothing to support me/my purchase. I've sent messages, because there is no phone number. Who runs this business? I had to mail it back at my expense of $52. I am waiting to see if I get a refund, and then hope that Paypal will do something about the shipping costs. I would have NEVER purchased this if I had known it was coming from Japan. Pictures attached, the one on the left is the bag I received.

I have that cabas mezzo bag & it has the same hardware as the one you sent back..I bought mine at LV in 2001...the hardware style on it changed over the years, so depending on what year yours was made, it's likely that it was actually authentic.

The hardware tarnish and peeling is unfortunately pretty common in older LV bags that have a lot of use. It's happened to a lot of mine.

Guest

You have returned a good, authentic LV bag at a great bargain price because of your paranoia. It doesn't matter where it comes from, a real LV is a real LV. Period!

And for the person that said both bags are fake, you are a fake yourself.

Anyone can see the hardware is not Authentic for the luxury designer. Keep fighting to get your money back and even report to police

Guest

You realize both bags are authentic right..

Guest

ACTUALLY...... They are BOTH fakes!

The zipper and hardware lack the correct identifiers. In both pictures.

LV Speedy 30

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased a LV Speedy 30 last May from Malleries. I am very pleased with the bag. The only issue I had was a bit of a musty smell from storage. Easily fixed by letting it sit with tea bags stored inside bag for a few days. The bag is authentic. I have purchased bags directly from LV and now Malleries. The stitching, leather and hardware are all the same. Unfortunately, some people do not do a lot of research prior to purchasing on the internet. It's a shame that a few bad sales have to occur.

Lvlady on malleries

lvlady from malleries sold ne fake Louis Vuitton cosmetics case..i contacted malleries and got no response and the seller refused to respond.. I never purchased from malleries again and this scam artist of a seller is still in business. I always buy from either Fashionphile or Yoogi's closet and have never had a problem..Malleries claims they police these sellers however I fail to believe this since they have a lot of complaints and the same sellers are scamming other people.. Has anyone else had any complaints from Lvlady on this site.. Im also very cautious about sellers from Japan.. It seems like they are the worse.. I would rather save my money and buy from other reputable sites..Too bad Malleries allows this

Hey Malleries manager...where are you when I need you?

I bought Louis Vuitton Purse from Malleries. When I received it I Had authentication question. The date code seemed off to me. And the LV Damier canvas was not sharply defined. Seller said it was authenticated by. Carol Diva. No proof. No other communication. Attempted contacting management many times without success. Finally gave up. Using purse now with doubts and misgivings because I would never want to carry a fake. I only buy from Yoogis and Fashionphile now. I trust them and their customer service is unparalleled. Please don't give a place like Malleries anymore of your hardest end money.

Proceed with caution when shopping at MALLERIES

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
All of Malleries is not bad, but you do need to thouroughly research the seller that you will be dealing with. I Purchased a Chanel bag from Malleries a few years ago and am VERY HAPPY! Second purchase of a chanel wallet was a nightmare. The shipping carrier requested a huge duty charge on delivery of the item. This was totally unexpected and the shipping charge was already outrageous. Further, it was a major research project to try to contact the seller. The business operates under a different name than what they represent on Malleries. The paypal contact information (name and email) were invalid. Sucks for me! But never again!!

MALLERIES

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Thank you reviewers I almost bought a bag from this company. I was bit once on ebay by fake lv. Anything from china or japan is def fraud. Malleries should be reported to feds. Malleries looks so genuine they can dupe the public who earnestly wants to buy a designer bag for real. There are so many corrupt selfish greedy vendors mainly those out of the country in the asian countries. I hope all read the reviews before buying on line it is advisable to do this.Sites like these are helpful to the general public to know who is legit.

Cheap company

This is a really cheap company ! I ordered a watch from them and they just canceled my order without letting me know and told me they listed wrong price ! That's sucked ! I agreed and paid for it already! This is not fair ! I emailed them to ask for the acceptable reason but never heard them back . They can not just list something with good price and wait for people pay for it then cancel the payment to raise the price up to sell it ! I have never seen any kind of business like this ! I do not recommend this website at all ! Beware ! I will never ever come back to this site again! It is not even trusted website when I check it with scamadvisors.com

Malleries sells fake goods

I was sold a fake Chloe bag, and when I complained, the seller (Always in Style Luxury Goods) asked me to send the bag back in order to give me a refund. I sent the bag back and then they refused to refund me, claiming that they never received the bag. I sent the complaint to Malleries to try to get my money back and they emailed me back and forth, asking for details. When I sent them the documentation that someone signed for the bag on the seller's end, Malleries never responded. I will never buy from that site again.

Scam

Bought a LV neverfull GM. Unbeknownst to me, the bag came from Japan. When I picked it up from the post office, the packaged was all bent, broken, and damaged. I had to PAY an additional $40 import fee. Bag was a fake. I was out $1050. I contacted the seller, who avoided my emails. Soooo, the "GUARANTEED AUTHENTINTICITY" is TOTAL B.S. I have since been on the site looking for the seller, who is no longer on there. I did, however, buy a Michelle watch from "This Art Gallery," another seller on Malleries. Very reputable, and was very pleased with that purchase.
